Welcome to the UMass Connect Shared Services Site!

The rationale for and design of this site is the culmination of feedback from you, our constituents. This site is the beginning of a journey with the stated goal of bringing content germane to delivering quality shared services to the University. The initial content focus is University Information Technology Services (UITS). Over time we hope to add more content relative to other University shared services.

This effort is not a point in time effort but rather will be a continuous effort to bring you relevant information in a timely, efficient and easily consumable manner.
